Key Lime Pie Martini

 

Key Lime Pie Martini

  • 2 oz Stoli® Vanil
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 bar spoon of half & half
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz key lime juice
  • 1/4 lime for garnish
  • crushed graham crackers for rimming

 

Rim a chilled cocktail glass with finely crushed graham crackers. Pour the vodka, triple sec, simple syrup, half and half, and key lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.

Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with the lime.
